Sunswept 104 is a Gulf-front beauty on the first floor. This 1BR/1BA condo right on the beach sleeps 4 with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You will love the convenience of the first floor and the awesome beach views from the bedroom and the wide balcony on the beach. There's a fully equipped kitchen to help save money on vacation.Living room has a Smart TV with cable. The bedroom has Smart TV only. Washer/Dryer in Condo; Balcony; Wi-Fi; Pool. This first floor condo is up six steps and there's no elevator.

This first floor condo is up six steps and there's no elevator.

Don't fight the crowds in a high-rise! Sunswept is a low-rise, family-friendly beach resort, with a beautiful pool area and grilling and picnic areas throughout the grounds. All of our units are non-smoking. Please smoke outside of your condo.

"This place was wonderful and exactly what I was looking for in a beach getaway! The location was absolutely perfect! Condo is on the first floor and literal steps to the beach! Loved being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from our room. He had everything you would need to do basic cooking like pans and utensils. All you had to do was bring the food, spices, condiments and you’re set. Very short walk to a Waffle House across the street for breakfast. Also short walk to gas station and souvenir shop directly across the street if you forgot anything or needed ice (freezer doesn’t make ice but there is an Ice tray you can fill).
