Whispering Seas 307 is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with great views of the beach and the Gulf and everything you need to have a great vacation. The condo sleeps 8, with a Queen bed in the Gulf-front bedroom with great views and two Queen beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in and save money -- or you can grill out on the Gulf-front terrace. You will love the convenience of the dedicated wi-fi network and washer/dryer in the condo. And the third floor location offers great views with peace and quiet -- with no condos above you. With plenty of room and great views, you'll love Whispering Seas 307. All of our units are non-smoking. Please smoke outside of your condo.

Don't fight the crowds in a high-rise! Whispering Seas is a low-rise, family-friendly Gulf-front beach resort, with a pool right on the beach, a Gulf-front terrace with grills and picnic tables. Parking is limited to two vehicles. This condo is up two flights of steps with no elevator.

"I would definitely rent it again! This condo is very nice, bigger than it looks in the pictures (5 in my group and plenty of room), nice white sand beach and clear blue water, beach wasn't too crowded (stayed 5/30/23- 6/3/23), 10-15 minute drive to snorkeling off the beach at St. Andrews State Park (jetty at the park creates safe/calm swimming area for snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, floating on rafts, etc.) Check-in was very easy, instructions were clear, not a bunch of excessive rules/chores, etc.

"PERFECT! Looks Exactly like the pictures! The decor is so nice and beachy we loved it! We didn't need to call the office for anything..we came for Thanksgiving and cooked a FULL meal and everything we needed was in the kitchen! Check in/out was a breeze! Walmart is less then 4 minutes away so is plenty of entertainment and restaurants! The tenants/guest in the building were very nice and welcoming! I would definitely recommend this place 100%!!!
