There are no additional administrative, cleaning, processing, sunshine, white sandy beaches, registration or any fees of any kind added to our rates. The rates we quote include all fees but do not include the 11% state and local tax. Once you click on "Book Now," your total with tax is displayed. Your price with tax is the total, total amount you owe at check-in!
By making this reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions. Reservations are not confirmed until a credit card number is on file. We do not charge a deposit. Your credit card will not be charged to hold the reservation. If you cancel with less than two weeks' notice, your credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee. If you do not show up and do not call to cancel your reservation, you will be charged a $300 no-show fee. Please take the time to call and cancel if you are not coming. Thank you for your courtesy. Guests may confirm a reservation without a credit card by making a $150 deposit by money order, check or cash.
A $150 down payment is required to reserve units on the ground floor from the first Saturday of March through Easter and from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ground floor reservations for this period are limited to weekly Saturday-to-Saturday bookings. The cancellation window for ground floor reservations is one month. If you cancel with more than one month's notice, we will refund your $150 down payment.
The reservation is not confirmed until we have your credit card number on file or we receive your reservation deposit. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. Please call us at 850-624-0328 with any questions.
Check-in is 3:00 P.M Central Time and check-out is 10:00 A.M Central Time. Panama City Beach is in the Central Time Zone. Ample time is important to allow us to have the units ready for the next guest. Late check-outs may be charged for an extra day stay. To assure the quality of your condo, we can not accommodate early check-ins. Cleaning staff are not able to assume responsibility for your bags. Late check-outs may be charged for an extra day's stay.
Each unit will be stocked with linens and bath towels when you arrive. Daily maid service or change out of linens or towels is not included in the rate. Please do not remove bath towels from your unit and please bring your own beach towels. Whispering Seas does not allow smoking inside the condos and does not allow pets. Please smoke outside or on the balcony and make other arrangements for your pets while you visit Whispering Seas. There will be a $300 charge for smoking in any of the condos. Please respect the health concerns of owners and other guests. We do not charge a damage deposit but you will need to sign a check-in agreement to acknowledge your agreement and compliance with our smoking and damage policies.
The age limit to reserve a room is 25. We can not reserve a unit to people who are under 25, except during Spring Break (the middle two weeks of March) when the age is 21. We will also reserve to active military over the age of 21. All other guests under 25 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while visiting Whispering Seas.
Parking is limited, please do not plan to bring more than two vehicles per unit. We can only provide a maximum of two parking permits per condo. Vehicles parked on the lot without a parking permit may be towed. Do not hesitate to contact Whispering Seas for more information or with questions.
